Author's Note: This entry took three full days of writing and 3–4 meticulous re-watches to complete. Between fasting and the literal palpitations caused by Akiyama Taiga's choreography, I have officially used up every last drop of glucose in my system. I am currently running on 0% battery, but I had to get these thoughts down! 🔋🪫
Disclaimer: I am not a professional critic. This entry is based on years of observing elite performance standards within this specific lineage of artistry. While I have only recently begun following Taisho and Hino, I am viewing their work through the strict lens of someone who has seen the "Master" level for decades. My critiques are meant to be constructive; I sincerely apologize if my high expectations cause any unintended offense to the fans or the performers. 🙏⚖️
Regarding Sections 11–13: Please note that I have chosen not to include full footage for these specific segments. To be fair to the performers, I believe their work should be experienced in its entirety rather than judged by isolated clips. I highly encourage you to refer to the complete performance on Niconico to truly appreciate their craft. 🎭✨
【01】 Introduction 📉⚖️
I’ve always been incredibly strict and harsh in my critiques; it’s the reason my "interest list" is so exclusive. 🚫 While I’ve followed M.A.D. and MADE for 20+ years, they are the rare ones who actually passed my quality control. Most groups get dropped or never make the cut. 📉
I want to perform a sincere post-mortem for the Yes, Call in Love live, which I enjoyed so much! 💖 Note: I don't want to be biased, but I'll admit right now... I'LL ALWAYS BE BIASED OVER TAIGA! 🐯🧡 He is my Tora-chan, and his touch is everywhere!
📽️ Grand Opening 🕯️⚡️
The lighting for the opening was a MASTERCLASS IN SUSPENSE! 🕯️ It started with dark, low-key lighting that made my heart race with anticipation... 💓 Then, SUDDENLY, everything shifted! The music and lights hit a massive climax, perfectly announcing Taisho’s appearance! 💥 It was a pulse-raising moment that proved the lighting wasn't just for visibility—IT WAS PERFORMING ALONG WITH HIM! ⚡️🔦 The drama was real!
The Reassuring Vocal Anchor:
I have nothing to say—Taisho's voice is as beautiful as always! 😭 He has such a flawlessly stable and reassuring voice. 🛡️ I don't have to worry about his live vocals at all! When he hits those pitches, he doesn't just sing—he slams the door to my heart and my eardrums with so much power! 🚪💥 But I don't get shocked, because that’s exactly what I expect from him. I know he can do it with such incredible composure. 🛡️✨
I love it when they cut the music at the end of Grand Brand New because you can truly appreciate his raw voice. Taisho is so sincere in his singing. 🕊️ He puts SOUL in each performance; the message in the lyrics is conveyed so well that imagination just pops into your mind—it absorbs you into its world! 🌌 Plus, he’s so skillful at talking! His introduction was so smooth and warm. ☕️ And the cute choreography?! Don't even get me started!
The "Master Teacher" Control:
Observing Taisho throughout the show, his ability to control the fans is truly impressive—he’s like a gifted kindergarten teacher! 🐥 It’s not just through his words, but through his gestures and constant eye contact. He knows exactly how to move his body to lead the crowd, giving such clear visual cues that even someone as uncoordinated as me felt like I could follow along! (Even though I still fail and can't even do the rock-scissors pose for SHOW TIME! ✌️✊😂).
Staging & Audience Connection:
It's just the start, but the interaction is already there! 🧣 Taisho leads the "towel waving" with the fans and it’s so warm! 🏠 It makes you feel at home, not like a guest at all! Even watching on NicoNico, I enjoyed the towel waving so much! 💻✨ I felt like I was standing right there in the front row... 🧣 (Actually, I’d prefer the LAST ROW, because THERE IS Taiga there! 🐯🧡).
SHOW TIME: The Intimacy of Light 💡✨
During the SHOW TIME performance, the lighting wasn't just for visibility—it was creating an atmosphere! 🎭 The "intimacy and energy" was a total visual snap! 📸 The way the lights moved with the rhythm created a shared pulse between Taisho and the audience. It proves that when the lighting is this synchronized, it becomes its own performer on stage! ⚡️🔦
The SHOW TIME to Miraizu Transition:
The transition was SMOOTH AS SILK! 🎢 The music carried the momentum forward like a single continuous wave! 🌊 There was NO clunky shift! Taisho didn't just stop and start—the end of SHOW TIME BLED 🫠 right into the start of Miraizu! This non-stop movement kept our eyes locked on him! 👁️✨ The vocal run at the end of SHOW TIME was the perfect ramp into Miraizu! 🚀
The Voice of the Master:
Suddenly... TAIGA’S VOICE!!!! 🎤✨ Hearing him speak was enough to make me scream and flail across the entire room! 🔊😭 After being deprived of him for 6 long years, I've become completely oversensitive—just seeing even a tiny glimpse of him, even if it's just from the back, is enough to paralyze me! 🐯🔥
The "Strict Critic" Tsukkomi:
I HAVE to call him out: THAT PEACH PARKA WAS SO WRINKLED! 😂 It looked like it hadn't seen an iron in years! It’s such a "Taiga" move to be a genius director but forget to iron his clothes. 🍑👔 Only he could make a crumpled parka look like the most precious thing in the world to me!
The "Soft-Spoken Perfectionist" Tone Analysis: 🎤🧡
When he said, "Sonna ni akuma janai desu tte," his tone was so gentle and reassuring. 🐯🌸 He sounds like he’s actually smiling through the microphone. It’s a playful retort to his own reputation for being such a strict perfectionist! ⚖️ We know his standards are incredibly high and he loves pushing for new, difficult challenges, but... are you really such a "Devil" director? 😈🔍 Even with that intense artistic drive, his voice remains so kind and calm—just like the soft-spoken leader we saw in the GRPL and RPL footage! 🕊️✨ It’s a masterclass in psychological pacing; only Taiga could balance that perfectionist soul with such a natural, warm breath. 🌬️🐯🧡
The Atmosphere & Transition: 🚨
The transition of music after the footage and the beginning of the skit, starting with the police siren, was incredible. I felt like I was on-site watching this clumsy police officer! 👮♂️ If I praise it too much, I’ll sound Taiga-biased, but the music and lighting really pull you into the story. The "Power Pause" ⏸️ right before the siren hit was a stroke of genius—it sucked the air out of the room and made the siren have 100% impact! 🚨✨
The Performance: 👮♂️🎭
Taisho looks so cool when he touches his earpiece and communication device, but you know immediately from his stance (重心) that he’s a clumsy officer! 😂 His solo acting was so smooth; it didn't sound or appear awkward at all. The script was funny, but his expressions made it 10x funnier because the flow was so natural. Since Taisho loves this kind of comedy, Taiga giving him this "task" was a total easy win (楽勝) for him! 📈🃏
The Shock Timing: 🔫⏱️
In the middle of the scene, he’s describing the criminal over his radio. He tells his superior, "The criminal is armed, but I think it’s just a toy." 🔫 Then—BANG!—a real firing sound hits from the "criminal" side, and he snaps his head toward the sound in total shock! ⏱️ The timing was PERFECT. You could feel his genuine surprise through the screen! 🤯
The Febreze Incident: 🧴🔫
Then, he gets the order to fight back, but he realizes he was in such a hurry he forgot his pistol... and he accidentally pulls out FEBREZE! 🧴✨ He starts spraying it as if it's a lethal weapon! The gap between the "cool" radio voice and the absurdity of the cleaning spray was comedic gold! 😂📈 It’s such a clever way to use props to highlight the character’s clumsiness. 🧴🚿
The Smug Finale: 🤨✨
The ending was the best! He didn't actually plan to put sleeping pills in the pizza 🍕💤 for him and the criminal, but it happened anyway! He falls asleep too, and when he wakes up to find the criminal arrested, he makes this perfectly confused face. 😵💫 But then... he ends with a massive SMUG POSE 🤨✨ as if it was his master plan all along! That transition from "confused" to "smug" wins the whole show! 😂🏆
1st Performance (The "Fooling Around" Version): 🕺
They start the song with funny choreo! 🕺 The Hand Goggles 👓 and Night Fever pose with funny faces—total "fooling around" feelings. The choreo is actually so cute; the double mini-love poses and the finger heart shapes look so pretty because of Taisho’s slender, pretty fingers! 🤌✨ But he makes funny faces the whole time, so the vibe stays playful.
The choreo also adds comedy poses like the Z-Shape Peck (Bird Pecking 🐦) and the A-in. 🤨 In this first performance, he starts and ends with the eye goggles, and there’s that awkward interval where the music pauses, leaving him standing there looking clumsy. I thought it was just a funny song... but no! 🪤
2nd Performance (The "Killer" Reprise): 🎭❄️
The second time he performed it at the end of the show, his gaze and expression changed! It was HEAVIER. ⚖️ Even the cute heart-throbbing choreo felt different. But the most insane part was the "A-in" transformation. 🤨✨
The "A-in" to "Heart-Throb" Flow: 💓⚡️
How can "A-in" be that cool?! 🤨 In the reprise, it wasn't a joke; it was a stylized, sharp isolation. The transition from that unexpectedly cool "A-in" directly into the Heart-Throbbing movement (bringing heart-shaped fingers over the chest as if it's throbbing) was LETHAL. 💓 That flow is a total heartthrob moment! 🏹 It proves that the whole performance changes just by shifting the expression. The audience expected him to be funny during the pause, but he stayed "Cool and Cold," ending with a sharp Kime Pose. 🤨❄️
The Tiger Lineage & Hopes for Improvement: 🐯🔥
AI tried to say Taisho is too "soft" for the predatory look, but I DON'T BELIEVE IT! 🙅♀️ Taiga has soft "baby tiger" eyes too, but he is the master of the predatory killer gaze. 🐯🔥 Taisho can definitely surprise the audience with that same sexy, seducing expression!
However, there is still SO MUCH ROOM TO IMPROVE: 📈
More Gravity: He needs to put more "weight" into his steps so the stage feels heavy. ⚖️
Sharper Angles: He has nice long fingers and sharp elbows/wrists—I want to see precise, sharp angles in every movement. 📐
Colder Gaze: I'm expecting a 100% cool performance next time, without the funny faces slipping in at the end! 🏹🔥
The Taiga-Standard: The "Lethal" Blueprint 🐯📐⚖️
To truly understand the "Abyss" I am waiting for, we have to look at the source. There are countless examples of this throughout his career, but this specific moment from Taiga’s Ai no Elegy is the definitive lesson in Active Tension.
The BGM and inviting lighting were so nice, but then—THE MUSIC PAUSE. ⏸️ It created a "Power Pause" that acted as an auditory vacuum, sucking the air out of the room. Then came Hino’s attractive, heroic voice! 🎤 Because there was no BGM, his vocal texture was laid bare. It’s a "Vocal-First" entry that proves his technical stability. 🛡️
The Critique:
However, even though the voice is beautiful, I felt a BARRIER. 🚪 It felt like he was singing at us rather than to us. It was a magnificent "throw" of his voice, but it wasn't yet an invitation into his world. 🧊
There’s no soul in the singing here! 🚫 Hino’s voice is a master swordsman—sharp and powerful—but it’s a WALL OF SOUND. 🧱 He uses his vocal to dominate the space rather than inhabit it. It’s like watching a 4K movie of a fire; you see the sparks, but you don't feel the warmth. 🧊
The Comparison:
Taisho was the SOULFUL ANCHOR ⚓ here. His style is "Horizontal and Fluid" 🌊 compared to Hino’s "Vertical and Straight" 🏛️ power. Taisho uses his breathiness and vulnerability to try and "cradle" Hino’s massive sound. Taisho sings the feeling, while Hino sings the notes. It sounded like two soloists singing next to each other rather than a unified duet because Hino’s "Door" was still shut. 🚪📉
Hino’s Dance Style: The "Singing First" Posture 🎤🧱
Hino is a "Vocal-First" performer. 🎤 Because he is so intensely focused on his massive vocal projection—hitting those high, sustained notes like a laser—his body becomes physically rigid. 🧊 His shoulders are high, and his core is locked tight to support his lungs for that "Wall of Sound." This makes his dance moves look "Vertical and Stiff". 🏗️
The "Joint" Problem: Unlike Taisho, who is starting to find "Gravity" (重さ) in his joints, Hino’s movements are shallow. His arms move, but his center of gravity doesn't shift with the rhythm. It feels like he is "marking" the steps rather than "living" them. He is in "Survival Mode," focusing so hard on the vocal difficulty that the dance becomes secondary. 🥊🧊
The Ripple Effect: How it Impacts Taisho 🌊⚓️
The "Safety" Barrier: Because Hino is dancing with this level of stiffness, Taisho has to subconsciously "compensate." ⚖️ Hino’s stiffness acts as a physical weight that Taisho has to drag along. ⚓
The Loss of Trance: When a partner is stiff or slightly off-tempo, the lead dancer (Taisho) cannot fully "let go" into a predatory or seductive trance. 🐯 He has to maintain a constant "Spatial Awareness" of the "safety gap" behind him. He can't lose himself in the song because he's tethered to a partner who is "Closed." ⛓️📉
The Mismatch in Aura: Taisho was moving the air around him! 🌊 His long limbs created a beautiful silhouette, and I saw GRAVITY taking hold in his joints! ⚖️📐 He was trying to pull Hino through that "Shut Door" with his gaze! 🚂✨ But because Hino’s energy was rigid, the visual chemistry felt disconnected—like a sharp, modern painting (Taisho) placed in a heavy, traditional frame (Hino). 🖼️📉
The Verdict:
The "Fatal" climax was technically impressive, but the "Safety Gap" prevented it from being lethal. Taisho is ready to fly, but the stiffness behind him keeps the stage grounded in a way that feels restrictive instead of powerful. 🧊📉
This was so dramatic! Side Lighting 💡 created deep shadows and "Contouring" that made Taisho’s elbow and wrist angles look like a moving sculpture! 📐🎨 The Backlighting 🔦 created a "Halo" (Rim Light) around them, making them look like predatory, larger-than-life figures. 🐯✨ It removed the "safe" feeling and replaced it with DRAMATIC TENSION that challenged the audience! ⚡️🧊
Yes, Call in Love version (Duet): 🧱
Hino sounded like he didn't need anyone because his voice was so independent and powerful. 🧱 Taisho was the only one showing vulnerability, which made the duet feel unbalanced. Taisho was the bridge, but Hino’s barrier was too high. ⚓📉
Sincere version (Solo): 🎤✨
Without the "Wall" of Hino's voice, Taisho’s sincerity took center stage! 🎤 He didn't have to fight for space; he was the space. It was stable and beautiful.
The PxP Benchmark: 🏔️🏆
Honestly, the PxP Carnival version of Don't Leave My Side was WAAAAAAYYYYYY BETTER! 🏆 It had the grit and desperation that gives you the chills. When he stops being "pretty" and starts being "desperate," that’s when the real goosebumps arrive! 🧊📈 Both Yes, Call in Love and Sincere are high quality, but neither has reached that "PxP Soul" yet.
1. Hino’s Vocal & The "Resonance Barrier" 🧱
In the first performance, the "Vocal Barrier" was at its thickest. Hino’s voice is undeniably POWERFUL—he hits notes with the strength of a cathedral bell—but he was using that resonance as a Wall of Sound. 🧱 It felt like he was singing at the song rather than inside it. Because his projection was so "Vertical" and independent, it felt hollow. 🫙📉 He hadn't opened the "Door" to his heart yet, so the desperate need in the lyrics wasn't reaching us. It was a magnificent vocal, but it stopped at the edge of the stage. 🧊
2. Taisho’s Vocal & The "Emotional Anchor" ⚓️
Taisho was the "Soulful Anchor" keeping the heart of this song alive. ⚓️ He sang with so much Breathiness and Fragility, trying to cradle the melody rather than compete with Hino’s volume. 🕊️✨ He was pouring so much emotion into his gaze, literally reaching out with his voice to bridge the gap. He understands that Ai no Katamari isn't about being "Cool"—it’s about being Desperate. 🏃💨
➔ The Perception of Distraction👁️🌊
I don’t know for sure if Taisho was actually distracted or not, but that is exactly what I felt as I watched him. 🕵️♀️ It felt like he would dive into the song’s soul for a few seconds, only to be pulled back to the "reality" of the hall by Hino’s massive vocal projection. 🧱 Whether it was intentional or not, his expression made it look like he was struggling to stay underwater. 🤿
As an audience member, I know Taisho has the power to bring us deeper into the song. 🌊⚓️ But in this first performance, the "vocal tug-of-war" made his immersion feel unstable. It proves that a duet isn't just about two people singing; it's about whether the aura stays submerged together. 🌌🤝
3. The Disconnect ⚡️💔
The chemistry in Part 1 was painful because they were in two different worlds. 🌍 Taisho was offering a "Hand to hold," but Hino was busy building a "Vocal Fortress." 🏰 Because Hino was so focused on his technical stability, Taisho’s vulnerability ended up floating alone. It was "Almost There," but the souls weren't "clumping" together yet! 🚪📉
4. Part 2: Breaking the Surface (The Breakthrough!) 🔨✨🔓
Regarding Part 2, I noticed a shift—Hino’s performance is definitely improving. At the very least, his barrier has finally cracked. 💥
Hino’s Surrender: 🏰➡️❤️
Hino finally RELAXED HIS SHOULDERS! ⬇️ He stopped "weaponizing" his voice and finally let it flow. 🌊 He stopped pushing everyone to the "surface" and finally decided to dive with Taisho. 🤝 He managed to get through the barrier! He sounded much softer and more relaxed. He stopped "throwing" his voice at the wall and finally stepped inside the emotional space with us. 🔑✨ I praise him for that surrender, but even though he got inside the room, he’s still standing by the door. 🚪 It only hit the surface of my heart; I’m still waiting for him to reach the deepest part of the soul. 🫀
Taisho’s Relief: 🌊🤿🤝
Because Hino wasn't pushing him to the surface anymore, Taisho could finally STAY UNDERWATER. 🌊⚓️ He didn't look distracted by the hall because Hino was right there diving with him! Their voices finally started "Clumping Together". 🧶
The "Sincere" Verdict: Waiting for the Abyss ⚖️🌊
Because Hino has such a powerful, weapon-class voice, when he truly "Lets Go," it shouldn't just be "nice"—it should be OVERWHELMING. 🌊💥 I don’t just want to "hear" his melody; I want to drown in it. 🌊😵💫 I want his power to become an "Abyss" 🕳️ that pulls us under. He has the engine, but he’s still holding the steering wheel too tightly. I am waiting for the day he stops "guiding" us and just floods the entire hall with his raw, desperate soul. 🌊🔨❤️
The 1st Performance (The "Independent Wall"): 🌆🧱
The Concept: Seishun Amigo is a story about two friends standing in a struggle. It requires "Miserableness" and "Desperation". It’s not just a "cool" song; it’s about throwing away your pride to call for help. 🤝🏃💨
Hino’s Independent Barrier: Hino’s voice is powerful—he sounds like a hero! 🏛️ But he sounds too independent. 🧱 Because his projection is so "Vertical" and strong, he doesn't sound like someone who is "miserable" or "cornered." He sounds like he can handle the world alone. His face is stiff and "closed," 🧊 focusing so much on hitting the notes perfectly that he forgets to look like a "Comrade" in trouble. 🚪📉
Taisho’s One-Sided Reliance: Taisho is the one trying to inject "Grit"into his voice. 🌊 He is searching for that connection, but since Hino is a "Wall," Taisho’s desperation feels one-sided. ⚓️ He looks like the only one "relying" on the other, struggling to dive into the story while the "Environmental Wall" keeps him on the surface. 🤿🧱
The Verdict: They looked like two soloists singing the same song, but they didn't look like Amigos. 👬❌ It was "Pretty," but it lacked the "Raw Soul" and the "Desperate Pace" that makes this song legendary.
The 2nd Performance (The "Amigo" Breakthrough!): 🔨✨🔓
Because Hino struggled so much with Part 1, I went into this session with my "Strict Critic" guard all the way up. 🤨 I was bracing myself for the worst—but then, the Independent Wall finally crumbled! 🔨✨
Hino’s Evolution: Breaking the Shell: 🔨🧊
Hino, YOU FINALLY DID IT! 😭 He stopped trying to be the "Perfect Hero." 🏛️❌ His expression finally showed the "Grit" of someone who is cornered and needs his friend. 🤝 He wasn't just hitting notes; he was pleading. 🏹 He finally looked like he needed Taisho to survive the song. 🌊⚓️ Because he showed his vulnerability, the "Barrier" between them vanished. 🔨✨
Taisho’s Relief: The Shared Burden: ⚓️✅
Because Hino finally "broke," Taisho didn't have to carry the emotional weight of two people anymore! 🏋️♂️➡️🕊️ When their eyes met, there was Mutual Desperation. 👁️🤝 They were finally "Diving" into the story together without surfacing to check the hall. 🤿🌊 Taisho’s "Reassuring Anchor" quality finally had something to latch onto. ⚓️ Combined with Hino’s now-raw energy, the performance finally had that "Goosebump Pace" I was waiting for! 🏃💨
The Sincere Verdict: The Amigo Spirit: 👬🔥
This is what Seishun Amigo is supposed to be! 🌆 It wasn't "Pretty"—it was Raw and Desperate. ✊ Hino’s "Open Door" energy from Ai no Katamari carried over perfectly. They stopped being two soloists and finally became Shuji and Akira. 👬✨ I'm still waiting for them to reach the "Abyss" 🕳️ and flood the stage with that power, but this was a massive step toward the soul. 🌊🔨❤️
1. The Song & Melody: The "Upbeat Hook" 🎶💖
The melody itself is an absolute chatchy! 🐛✨ It’s a high-energy, bright pop anthem that feels like a burst of colors. 🌈 It’s infectious, and the "Clap" rhythm is designed to build a shared pulse with the audience. It’s the perfect "Feel Good" song that serves as the backbone for Taisho’s "Soft and Sincere" baseline. ☕️🕊️
2. The Choreography: Taiga’s Precision Engineering 🐯📐
Taiga is a genius at utilizing Taisho’s unique physical frame! 🏗️ He designed a choreo that utilizes Taisho’s slender and sharp joints from the shoulder down to the very tips of his fingers. 🤌✨
The Joint Extension: Taiga uses wide arm spans that highlight Taisho’s shoulder mobility. 📐
The Finger Artistry: Those 🐾 poses aren't just "hands"—they are a calculated display of the proximal and distal interphalangeal joints (the small knuckles). 🦴 Because Taisho’s fingers are so long and slender, these "micro-movements" create a silhouette that is far more elegant and sharp than a standard idol dance.
The Wristwork: There is a part where the choreo calls for a hyperextension of the palm combined with rapid flexion and extension of the wrist. 🦴⚡️ It is so nice to watch! Because of his long metacarpals, this creates a flickering, wave-like effect that is visually mesmerizing. It’s Anatomical Seduction! 📈🏹
3. Taisho’s Execution: The "Grounded" Killer ⚖️⚡️
The Gravity: Even in a hopping, bright song, Taisho’s Center of Gravity is anchored. ⚓️ He is putting "Weight" into his steps, making the stage feel heavy. 🌍 He isn't just "gliding"; he is commanding the floor. 🐯🔥
The Predatory Expression: His eyes are LOCKED IN. 👁️⚓️ He stayed submerged in the song's world. During the "Paw" movements, he uses a Predatory Cute gaze—targeting the audience with a mischievous sparkle. 🏹💘 It’s a "Doya" confidence 🤨✨ that proves he knows exactly how to weaponize his "Soft" baseline! 🐯📈✨
The "Strict Critic" Breakdown: Why this feels "Soft" ⚖️🛑
Looking at this specific segment, here is why it lacks that Taiga-style precision:
The Missing "Shoulder Gravity": This is the root of the "Light" feeling. 🎈 Instead of letting Gravity (重さ) pull his shoulders down into a relaxed, powerful anchor, they are slightly elevated. This "floats" his center of gravity, making the arms look like they are drifting rather than striking. ⚓️❌ To reach that 100% Killer status, he needs to drop the shoulders to ground the movement. 🌍⚡️
The "Gliding" Limbs: Instead of snapping into the pose, his arms are gliding through the air. 🕊️ In rhythmic isolation, each joint should move independently and then "lock" instantly. Because the shoulders lack that "Lead" weight, the movement from the shoulder to the fingertips is too unified and fluid.
The Missing "Snap": Because he isn't using that millisecond pause at the end of the extension, there is no "Snap" (⚡️) to define the beat. It looks like a single continuous motion rather than a series of sharp, rhythmic strikes. 📏📉
He has the beautiful frame to make this look legendary, but he is still dancing with a "Pretty" flow rather than "Lethal" force. 🐯❄️ He needs to "slam the door" on those arm reaches by adding Shoulder Gravity so we can actually see the "Science" behind the geometry! 📐🛑
1. The Vocal Anchor: Reassuring Stability 🛡️🎤
Just like the first three songs, Taisho’s vocal performance here is flawlessly stable. 🛡️ It is so reassuring that I can completely turn off my "work" brain and just listen. 😌 He hits every note with such incredible composure—he slams the door to my heart once again, but in a way that feels safe and grounded. 🚪💥 This stability allows the audience to fully trust him and dive deep into the world of the song without any fear of a technical slip. 🌊⚓️
2. Lighting Analysis: The Living Atmosphere 💡🎨
The lighting creates a beautiful Atmospheric Bloom. 💡 It isn't just illuminating the stage; it’s wrapping Taisho in a soft, ethereal glow. It feels like the light is breathing with him, expanding and contracting with the melody. 🌬️✨ It’s that "Inviting" lighting—it makes the viewer feel like they are part of a dream. 🌌
This is the moment where the "Dialogue of Light" truly happens! 🗣️💡 The stage lighting blends perfectly with the fans' penlights. 🏮✨ It’s not just a performance on a stage; the light extends into the hall, turning the entire venue into a Single, Breathing Piece of Art. 🎨✨ It ensures that Taisho isn't just performing for us—we are all sharing the same beautiful space. 😌💖
I was so attracted to the Blue and Red lights projected onto the floor! 🟦🟥 It creates a high-contrast, geometric "base" for the performance. 📐
The Technical Impact: Usually, people only look at the lights hitting the performer's face, but these floor projections add Depth and Weight to the stage. ⚖️
The Vibe: The clash of cool Blue and energetic Red on the floor adds a subtle Dramatic Tension to the "Beautiful" world. It defines the space around Taisho’s feet, highlighting his grounded steps and making his silhouette look even sharper against the colorful patterns. 📐🎨✨
1. Choreographic Blueprint: The Design of a Mastermind 🏗️🧩
Taiga’s choreography is a "technical trap" using physics and psychology to represent emotional complexity. It isn't just dance; it’s Spatial Engineering.
The "Non-Linear" Floor Map: Built on spiral pathways. Taisho constantly pivots inward, representing the "Physics of Heartbreak"—the feeling of being trapped in a loop. 🔄🌀
Micro-Isolations: Subtle fingertip flickers draw the eye to specific heat points, creating an intimate, magnetic connection. ✨🤌
"Heavy" Negative Space: Slow-motion drags make the air feel "thick," as if fighting the "Gravity of Addiction." 🪐⚓️
2. Performance Evolution: The Journey to 95% Completion 📈🏹
Stage 1: PxP Carnival (Dec 2025) 🏔️💨
A high-energy, "bouncy" performance. 🏀 The focus was on looking "cool," but it missed the "Study in Motion" gravity. The movements were too light for the Taiga standard.
Stage 2: Yes, Call in Love Pt 1 (22 March 2026) ⚖️⚓️
A move toward groundedness. There is a noticeable "sink" into the floor, utilizing the "Seduction" layer with intentional hand placements. ☕️🕊️
Stage 3: Yes, Call in Love Pt 2 (The Breakthrough) 🔨✨🔓
The definitive embodiment of the Taiga standard. He achieves "Predatory Precision" through delayed acceleration and micro-pauses. He finally moves THROUGH the floor. 🥁💥
3. Production: Lighting & Camera Work (Part 2) 💡🎨
The technical crew highlights the "Asymmetrical Balance":
Shadow Weight: High-contrast side-lighting creates "visual weight" in shadows, balancing the fluid movement.
Off-Axis Camera: Dutch angles amplify the "glitch" effect, making Taisho appear perpetually unbalanced within the maze.
| Performance | Style Focus | Quality of Isolation | Taiga Alignment |
|---|---|---|---|
| PxP Carnival (Dec 2025) | Athleticism | Sharp / Snappy | Technical only |
| Part 1 (Mar 2026) | Mood / Soul | Weighted / Rhythmic | Conceptualizing |
| Part 2 (Mar 2026) | Visceral Art | Internal / Predatory | 95% (Embodiment) |
| Version | Camera Style | Effect on Asymmetrical Balance |
|---|---|---|
| PxP Carnival | Centered / Symmetrical | Suppresses asymmetry for "clean" visuals. |
| Part 1 | Dynamic / Moving | Tracks the "sink" but stays balanced. |
| Part 2 | Off-Axis / Selective | Maximizes asymmetry; uses shadows for "weight." |
The Achievement: A Source of Pride 📈🥇
Can we just talk about ORICON #4 for a second?! 🔊💥 For a debut soloist, hitting the Top 5 is a monumental achievement! It is the biggest pride for the fans, and we were all bursting with the need to celebrate it with him! 🎊✨ We don't even care what number he achieves after that; the fact that he reached #4 is a testament to his hard work and the strength of our bond! 🤝💖
The Missed Connection: The Interaction We Craved 🗣️❌
During the closing of the show, I was waiting... and waiting... ⏳ I really wish Taisho had mentioned the Oricon #4 during his final interaction with the fans. 🎤
The Opportunity: If he had just said it out loud, it would have created the perfect chance for US to congratulate HIM and for HIM to thank US. 😭🙌
The Shared Joy: A concert is a two-way street! We wanted that "Thank You" moment to feel official. We wanted to see his face when he heard our cheers for that specific achievement. 🏮✨
The "Sincere" Regret: A Piece of the Heart Missing 🧩📉
By not mentioning it, it felt like a tiny piece of the "Beautiful World" we built together was left out of the room. 🌌💔 Even though the performance was high-level and the lighting was perfect, that emotional exchange regarding his success was the one thing that could have made the finale 100% complete. 🧊⚖️ We are so proud of him, and we just wanted to tell him that to his face! 🗣️❤️🏆
This overall analysis is exactly why we can’t stop watching—the growth is so visible, yet the potential for him to become truly "lethal" is what keeps us on the edge of our seats! 📈🏹 Taisho has moved past being just a "singer who dances" and is clearly evolving into a performer with intent.
Taisho absolutely has the physical tools—the long limbs and sharp joints—but currently, he is at about 70-80% of Taiga’s "Science of Seduction" level. He has the "Reassuring Vocal Anchor," but his dance is still "Pretty." To match the Masculine Predatory Aura of his Master, the focus must shift from "Fluidity" to "Force." 🐯🔥
1. The Rhythmic Isolation & "The Snap" ⚡️📏
The Improvement: In Video 12 at 【09】 Survival vs. Soul ⚡️, Taisho is hitting the angles with beautiful precision, especially in his elbows and wrists. 📐
The Gap: He hasn't quite mastered Taiga’s millisecond pause. Taiga’s "weapon" is making the audience hold their breath during that tiny stop. Taisho is still a bit too "fluid"—he moves through the point rather than locking it and then exploding into the next muscle contraction.
The Goal: I want him to "slam the door" on the movement just like he does with his vocals! 🚪💥
2. Gravity-Defying "Weight" ⚖️🎈
The Improvement: In the Yes, Call in Love reprise, he started to lower his center of gravity (Plié), which was INSANE! 🤨✨ It showed he’s listening and trying to find that anchor.
The Gap: He is still very light on his feet—the "Cute Taisho" baseline. Taiga makes it look like he is fighting against the air; Taisho still looks like he is gliding through it. 🕊️
The Critique: He needs to "throw away his pride" and get down into the floor to reach that predatory level. He needs to make the stage feel heavy. 🌍⚓️
3. The Stop-and-Go Momentum 🛑🚀
The High Point: The "A-in" to "Heart-Throb" flow was his best moment! 💓 He successfully used the Stop-and-Go logic, proving the "Seed" is firmly planted.
The Comparison: To reach the level of Ai no Elegy or Decoding, he needs to make those "stops" feel colder. ❄️ Right now, his "stops" are still a bit soft. If he can achieve that instant muscle contraction that Taiga uses, he will truly become a "Master of Seduction." 🏹🏆
4. The Lethal Lever: Neck Extension & "The Frame" 📐🐍
The Mastery: As seen in Decoding and Anatomy Class, Taiga uses his neck as a high-tension spring. He creates long, predatory diagonal lines and "snaps" his gaze to the audience only at the peak of the extension. He then uses his fingertips to "frame" his jawline, creating an electric tension between his hand and his skin.
The Gap: Taisho is still very "vertical" and symmetrical. He moves his head and eyes together in a smooth, friendly arc. He hasn't yet weaponized the "off-axis" tilt or used his hands to architecturally highlight his neckline. 🖼️
The Goal: Taisho needs to use his chin and eyes as the finishing points of his kinetic chain. By adding a "delayed gaze" (the hunter’s look) and sharp fingertip framing, he will transform his clean, idol-perfect posture into a dangerously sophisticated silhouette. 👁️⚡️
Analyzing the 🐯 Style: 🖋️
Looking at Taiga’s legacy, his ultimate weapon is The Millisecond Silence. ⏸️⚡️ It’s a combination of Rhythmic Isolation and Stop-and-Go momentum. He snaps into a pose, pauses just long enough to "hunt" the audience's heart, and then explodes into the next move. It’s Gravity-Defying because he controls his weight perfectly. 🌍🎈
Taisho’s Path to "Killer" Status: 📈🏹
To bridge that final 20%, he needs to:
Weaponize the Pause: Stop the movement completely for a millisecond before the next contraction. 🛑💥
Add "Lead" to his Limbs: Make those long arms feel heavy and powerful, not just slender and cute. ⚖️📏
Shatter the "Soft" Baseline: Use that Colder Gaze to prove he isn't just a "Baby Tiger" anymore. 🐯❄️ (I know he is a sloth 🦥 but I want to believe Taisho can be both a sloth and predatory whenever he wants)
The improvement is undeniable, and the trajectory is set. We are just waiting for the moment the "Pretty" image finally shatters! 🔨❤️🔥
The Power of 🐯✨
My "Strict Critic" composure didn't just break—it shattered into a million pieces! 🔨💥 There is something about his aura that is just... different. Even from the back, you can feel the genius director energy radiating off him. He is the one who built this entire "Beautiful World," and seeing the man himself made my heart race faster than any of the choreography on stage! 📈💓
The Flailing Verdict 😫🧡
I was literally screaming and flailing across the entire room! 🔊🏃♀️💨 Who cares about the "Vertical Stiff Posture" or the "Joint Angles" when TAIGA IS ON THE SCREEN?! 🐯✨ Seeing him in action is all that matters. My heart is still doing backflips! 🤸♂️🧡
Counting Down to April 22nd 🗓️✨
I am so looking forward to finally seeing you properly—without the lag, without the blur—on 22/04/2026! 😍 I can't wait to hear Taiga himself explain the true technical intent behind this production. To see him in action during the live commentary... I don’t think my heart can take it, but I’m so ready! TAIGAAAAAA, I’M DYING! 🫠🧡🔥🏆
Looking back at this entire live, my heart is a mix of immense pride and strict anticipation. 📈⚖️
I know I have been harsh in this post-mortem, but as I said at the beginning, I am only this strict because I care. I have seen so much improvement in Taisho! 📈 He has that flawlessly stable and reassuring voice 🛡️ that acts as the anchor for every performance, and his growth in dance is undeniable.
The Oricon #4 achievement is something we are so proud of, even if we didn't get to celebrate it together in the hall. 🏆🏮 It proves that the "Seed" of his solo career is strong and healthy.
However, the "Strict Critic" in me is still waiting for the "Harvest." 📈🌱
I am waiting for the moment the "Barrier" between Hino and Taisho completely vanishes in every song, not just in the breakthroughs. I am waiting for the moment Taisho stops "gliding" and starts "Slamming" into his poses with that cold, predatory killer gaze I know he’s learning from his Master. 🏹🔥
This concert was a beautiful world, but I know they can go deeper into the Abyss. 🌊🤿 I want to be drowned in their melody and paralyzed by their sharp, heavy silhouettes. The potential is limitless, and I’ll be here, strict as ever, watching them reach for that 100% Killer status. ⚖️🏆🔥
Hino-kun, you have an incredible weapon in that voice of yours. 🗡️✨ It is heroic and powerful! In the first show, I’ll be honest—I felt a "Vocal Fortress" around you. 🏰 You were singing at us, and it felt like you were in "Survival Mode." 🧊📉
But in the 2nd show, the barrier cracked! 🔨✨ When you relaxed your shoulders ⬇️ and stopped "weaponizing" your resonance, I finally felt your Grit and Desperation. 😫✨ Please, be confident and trust in your own talent! 🛡️💖 You don't need to force it. Just go easy with it and focus on the parts where you can improve. I don’t just want to "hear" your melody; I want to drown in it. 🌊😵💫 Trust the "Abyss" and pull us in! 🌊🔨⚓️
【22】 Message to Taisho ⚓️🕊️✨Taisho, I see the huge improvement in your dance! 📈 Seeing you find that "Gravity" and those sharp, geometric angles makes my "Strict Critic" heart so happy. 📐⚖️ You were the "Soulful Anchor" for this whole show. ⚓️
My only wish is for you to reach that 100% Killer status. 🏹🔥 Don't be afraid to shatter your "Pretty" image. I want to see you add even more Weight to your steps and find that Colder, Predatory Gaze. 🐯❄️ You have the "Seed" of a legendary performer—now I’m just waiting for the "Harvest" where you stop "gliding" and start "Slamming" into every move. I believe in your potential! 🏹🏆✨
My dear Taiga,
Where do I even begin? 😭 Even if it was just from the back, even if it was just a silhouette... OMG, I’M DYING! 🫠🧡 Seeing you on that screen, absolutely owning your role as the Mastermind behind such a sophisticated and high-level production, fills me with so much pride. 👤✨
I see your DNA in every sharp joint angle, every calculated Power Pause, and every "Science of Seduction" logic woven into the choreography. 🧬⚡️ Your touch is everywhere; it’s in the way the Side Lighting 💡 sculpts the body, the way the Blue and Red floor projections 🟦🟥 create a geometric abyss, and the way you teach your students to "Slam the Door" on a movement. 🚪💥
I want to praise every single touch you’ve laid upon this show. 🖐️✨ From the grandest staging decision to the smallest wrist flick, your artistic vision is flawlessly cutting-edge. 💎 You don't just direct; you command the entire space as a leader, breathing life into the very atmosphere of the hall. Only a genius like you could make a crumpled peach parka look like the most precious, high-fashion statement in the world! 😂🍑👔 It’s so "Taiga," and I love every bit of it.
I am counting down the seconds until 22/04/2026. 🗓️✨ To finally see you properly, to hear your voice explain the technical intent and the "Physics of Heartbreak" behind your work... it is the greatest gift I could ever receive. 🎁🧡 To see you in action during the live commentary—at the absolute peak of your powers—will be a dream realized.
Thank you for coming back to us.
Thank you for staying "Taiga"—sharp, visionary, and irreplaceable.
I love you more than words can say, Taiga! 🐯🧡🔥🏆👑
